This principle guides our coaching work, our business practices, and even our personal lives, informed by the European ESG & CSRD standards which provide a robust framework for measuring and improving impact on society and the environment in the three realms of Planet, People and Profit:

- Minimise waste by reduction, re-use and recycling
- Using low-carbon transportation methods to reduce our carbon emissions
- Investing in certified carbon reduction and sequestration programmes
- Supporting our clients globally to reflect on the same without judgement
PEOPLE – Concern for equity recognises the needs for engagement of people in the positive changes sustainable development will bring. We are committed to
- Creating a cost structure and coaching products that are inclusive and accessible
- Supporting clients to reflect on the inclusion of all stakeholders with results that add value to their lives, businesses and beyond
- Ensure diversity across our team
